Corrigenda to the report in the newspaper "Blick" of the 16th April 2010 "Switzerland needs Quran Schools"

(ni) This quote: "Switzerland needs Quran Schools," is not from me. The word "Quran School" was never used by me. I have the opinion that Islamic schools could be a solution for various problems in the education system in Switzerland. Between an Islamic school in which the same curriculum is taught as in public schools, and a Quran School, in which only the Quran is taught, there is however a clear difference. The learning objectives are not to be compared.
The ICCS means by Islamic schools Swiss schools in an Islamic framework. This implies that each of the cantonal curriculum is taught in which the theological disciplines is integrated. Also teachers of other faiths can teach nonreligious subjects.
